Came out to my house on an early Saturday morning after my hot water tank decided to almost catch fire and burn my house down! I knew I needed a new tank and they arrived at 8:30AM, an hour after I called them. They showed up and worked for almost 4 hours to get my old tank out, which was 2/3 full of sediment and would not drain. Once they got it out of the small, enclosed location they installed the new tank within 45 minutes. The lead tech told me that was in the top 3 most difficult tanks to remove he's ever done and was the most sediment filled he's ever seen! But God Bless them, they worked until the job was done, cleaned up after themselves, and were super friendly and polite as well! They answered every question I had, were professional the entire time, and finished the job within the quoted price. I couldn't be happier with the techs, AC and Dave, and with East Atlantic Plumbing overall. Very polite and professional, quick to respond, and good price on the service, even with it being an emergency service. I will absolutely use them again for all my plumbing needs!

East Atlantic came through for me in a huge way. I had a really convoluted kitchen sink drain issue, and Matthew saved the day. The first company I called came out and the plumber literally threw up his hands and said I can’t do this. This drain was complicated. The first thing Matthew did that impressed me was he sat down in front of the drain and studied it. He then made a couple of calls and discussed with his co-workers, just strategizing on what he needed to do. He was looking for collaboration, not instruction. I was really impressed with that. He really looked at it as a challenge, something he was rising up to. He was eager to show he could do the job. He fixed my drain and it works perfectly. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Elijah and Matthew came to our home to help with a plumbing problem we have had for months that 3other plumbers couldn’t fix. These two young men were professional, kind, funny, smart and brainstormed our issue until it was fixed. We were impressed by their way they stayed until they knew it was fixed…we will definitely contact East Atlantic for any plumbing needs going forward.

Jason and Matt were awesome and did fast and challenging new plumbing installation for our new kitchen. Wow. Michelle has been the sweet voice on the phone helping us with receipts and easy payments. Everyone has been a joy to work with! Highly recommended!

My husband and I agree that the 2 guys that came to replace our hot water heater were super nice guys, efficient and very professional. They did a wonderful job removing the old and replacing a new unit for us! Highly recommend this company!

I can’t express my gratitude enough to East Atlantic Plumbing. I had an emergency on the weekend and they were here promptly. I want to thank Fran and Matt for being so kind and courteous on helping us. They over and beyond, on fixing their part, they could With the in-ground well, but he didn’t leave us to figure the rest out. He contacted everybody and set up the appointment for CRAIGS WELL DRILLING to come and replace our in-ground well pump. He even made sure we had some water for necessities before he left us , he went to the neighbor and with their permission ,hooked us up to their house with the water hose, till CRAIGS WELL DRILLING could come and replace our well pump. So if you need a reliable dependable Plumbing company I definitely recommend East Atlantic Plumbing

We had an after hours emergency call. Jason arrived and needless to say he was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable and knew how to fix our hot water heater instantly. He was very friendly, and prompt. He definitely takes pride in his work. We will continue to use East Altanic Plumbing because of him!

I called late in the afternoon and was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Jesse and Robbie showed up on time, introduced themselves, and confirmed the problem within minutes of arriving. They gave me an estimate before starting any work. The whole job took about 90 minutes. It's not cheap, but they did a professional job and carried off all the old parts. Along the way, they were pleasant and courteous, and they patiently answered all my questions and left me with an itemized receipt--plus a faucet that doesn't drip and a supply valve that doesn't leak. These guys did excellent work. Thank you!
